Nestled between the towns of Blue Ridge and Ellijay Georgia, this modern style cabin is a gorgeous property with beautiful views of Rich Mountain. Featured in the 2022 Blue Ridge Mountain Parade of homes, Rich Mountain Chateau boasts a stunning interior with a dreamy, airy feel. The main floor offers a split floor plan with two master suites, kitchen and living room along with a covered porch. The main level porch has a hanging bed that is perfect for cozy afternoon tea and reading. This large porch also has a gas log outdoor fireplace, seating, TV, and the beautiful outdoor dining table for dinners overlooking the view.
Just inside the main level you will find an open concept greatroom featuring a gorgeous, modern kitchen with all the upgrades and a living area with floor to ceiling fireplace (gas logs) that will provide plenty of warmth as you gaze upon the long-range mountain view. Each master suite on the main level has its own private bathroom and large TV. The king bedroom to the left offers a luxurious bathroom with a tile shower and freestanding tub. The king bedroom to the right of the living room offers a beautiful mix of granite countertops plus a tile shower. Both of these suities have a perfect mountain view through the wall of glass!
The lower level features a second full kitchen! and a split bedroom plan as well. You will find two more bedrooms on this level: to the right you'll find another King bedroom, with a TV, plus an on-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with an outside view of the mountainside. To the left you find a 4th full bathroom and bunk room with custom built bunks, four full size beds that allows for plenty of room for everyone to sleep. This property leans into the outdoor entertaining vibe with ease! The is a second kitchen makes food preparation for the large outdoor party porch a breeze. This hard to find outdoor party deck has it all! You'll find an outdoor pool table, multiple TVs (three to be exact!) gas log burning fireplace, plenty of outdoor seating, and plenty of space for gathering. Electric heaters and a large fireplace ensure this amazing space can be used year round. Just off the deck is a large stoned firepit that will be perfect for s'mores and tall tales! Ready to relax?
